The bear that got his 15 seconds of fame Tuesday after breaking into Circuit City seems to be getting in trouble again. Wednesday, he was possibly spotted in someone's garage.

“I'm about 6'4”. I would've been no match for him," said Ron Berg. The bear appeared on his driveway and even posed for a few pictures.

"He wasn't intimidated. He stared right back at me." In one of the snapshots Berg took, it looks just like a mug shot. He was caught in the act, guilty of stealing ice out of Berg's freezer inside his garage that was left open.

“It's hot here. Ice feels good to him," joked Berg. The bear didn't even go after the meat, which was next to the ice.

“I looked at the video, and he looks the same size." Berg thinks this bear could be the same one that broke into Circuit City.

The Division of Wildlife said there have been a lot of bear sightings this summer in Colorado Springs, Canon City and south of Pueblo. Since it's so dry, the bears are just looking for food.

Nothing new here. Leave the bear alone and it'll leave. This is Colorado. If you don't like living among the wildlife, LEAVE.

People need to realize, that they are not the only living souls around. Driving around Woodmen through the rolling hills and the park there, I saw plenty of signs of wildlife, deer, turkeys, even bear tracks. One can see the entire area around the park is now built and or being built by homes and condos. There is a sign at the park entrance that mountain lion active area. 10-15 years ago there was no home building in the area. So if people have built homes in these areas, they should first think of who was there before, the land they built the home on, was for hundreds of years lived on by the wild animals. They will continue to pass through, come around because its their innate nature. Just a sign that the planet is headed towards disaster if the "sprawl" isnt stopped and common sense prevails among people. People want to immediately shoot and kill any wildlife intruding on their "acquired" property, perhaps when a wild animal attacks it feels threatened and feels it "forced" out

Welcome to Colorado. Bears is what we have to deal with, with living so close to the mountains. And actually Brown Bears are afraid of humans. Its the Grizzly Bears you have to worry about.
