Homicide detectives from the Colorado Springs Police Department have arrested a second suspect in connection with the murder of Matthew Webb.

Webb was shot and killed on June 30 at the Copper Chase Apartments on Southgate Road.

Tuesday, police arrested Steven Warden Jr., 18, and booked him into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center. He is charged with first degree murder.

A 17 year old male was arrested last week. His name hasn't been released.
