15-year-old Orlena Parker from Arizona went into cardiac arrest last night, after 7 employees tried to restrain her.
Police say the teenager was aggressive, with a history of violence.
They also say she was 5"8' and 270 pounds.
An administrator at the Cleo Wallace Center says they're saddened by the death, and because of confidentiality statues and their respect for all patients' rights, they are unable to discuss specifics about the care any person might receive at the facility.
