NASA tries again this morning to launch a trio of microsatellites from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.
The three satellites are onboard a Pegasus rocket attached to the belly of a Lockheed L 1011 jet.
The mission calls for the rocket to detach from the plane and then ferry the satellites on a 10 climb into space.
The 55 pound satellites are to test new technologies for future science missions.
NASA scrubbed a launch attempt last week when a locking pin on the Pegasus rocket failed to retract.
