An online auction for Tillie, the mannequin that one commuter used to drive on the high-occupancy vehicle lanes, was temporarily pulled over.
Fifty-three-year-old Greg Allen Pringle put his dummy on eBay as part of the sentence he received for breaking the law.
The money from the auction will go to the Alive At 25 program, which promotes teen driving safety.
The listing was pulled after questions surfaced about where charity proceeds will go.
Pringle says the person facilitating the auction for him received a notice that he didn't fill out the "charitable proceeds" portion of the listing.
The auction was put back on the site, with more information about the charity.
Bids are currently at more than $4,900.
