Jake Plummer and Daryl Gardener have been formally introduced to the media for the first time as the newest Denver Broncos.

Team owner Pat Bowlen made the introductions this afternoon at
the Broncos' Dove Valley headquarters in Arapahoe County.

Bowlen says he believes Plummer is the man who can take the
Broncos to the next level.

But Bowlen says he doesn't mean to "throw anyone under the bus'' who may have played quarterback or any other position.

Plummer agreed yesterday to a seven-year, 40 (m) million dollar
contract to become the Broncos' new quarterback. Denver also agreed
to terms with Gardener to become a defensive tackle for the
Broncos.
