Texas Wildfires

Massive wildfires in Texas have killed at least 7 people and injured another 7.

The fires have burned more than 663-thousand acres, surpassing the January wildfires that prompted the governor to declare a statewide drought disaster.

Smoke from the fire is being blamed for the deaths of 4 people involved a multi-vehicle crash.

The accident happened along Interstate 40 near Groom, just east of Amarillo.
