Skier Death

Updated: Wed 9:44 PM, Mar 05, 2003

Authorities say a British skier accused of knocking another skier into a tree and causing his death has hired a lawyer, Pamela Mackey, but has not posted 20-thousand dollars bond to get out of jail.

Authorities say 31-year-old Robert Wills of Plymouth was being
held in the Summit County jail Wednesday, after being arrested on
suspicion of felony first-degree assault and misdemeanor reckless
endangerment.

The lawyer says there's not been a decision yet on whether
charges will be filed.

Will was arrested Sunday at Breckenridge in the death of
56-year-old Richard Henrichs of Naperville, Illinois.

A tentative hearing was scheduled for March 28th but only if
charges are filed.
