Senator Ben Nighthorse Campbell says former U.S. Olympic Committee president Bill Hybl would be his first choice as the group's new CEO.

Former CEO Lloyd Ward resigned yesterday, and USOC officials are hoping to find a replacement quickly.

The early list to fill the interim role includes Hybl, Salt Lake City Organizing Committee executive Fraser Bullock, USOC vice president Paul George and former USOC executive director Harvey Schiller.
