Metropolitan State College of Denver says a stolen computer could put thousands of current and former students at risk for identity theft.
The laptop contained names and Social Security numbers of more than 93,000 students enrolled from the fall semester of 1996 through summer of 2005.
The school says the laptop was stolen from an employee's home Saturday.
Metro State says it's working to notify anyone whose personal information was on the computer
