Florence High School was evacuated this afternoon after a bomb threat was called in to town police -- but the threat turned out to be a prank.
Florence police are seeking an arrest warrant for the person suspected of reporting that a student had taken a bomb to school.
Police Chief Mike Ingle says the Pueblo Bomb Squad searched the school for more than an hour and didn't find anything.
He says an anonymous call came in around 1:40 p-m.
Department of Corrections bomb-sniffing dogs were brought in, which originally indicated that a bomb was in the school.
Nearly 530 students attend Florence High School.
