Tense moments for 52 passengers and five crew members aboard a Denver-bound Alaska Airlines flight taking off from Seattle last night.
Flight 578 quickly returned to Seattle after pilots reported an alarm sounding in the cockpit, warning of a pressurization problem.
Five passengers were treated by medics for ear and sinus pain.
Airline spokeswoman Caroline Boren says Flight 578 returned about 7:30 p.m. after the warning sounded about 15 or 20 minutes into the flight.
Remaining passengers were put on another plane, which left Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for Denver at 9 p.m.
