Zero Tolerance

The superintendent of the Air Force Academy issued a statement saying the school has zero tolerance for sexual assault. Lieutenant General John Dallager has not addressed claims of 12 female cadets who say they were sexually assaulted and then reprimanded for reporting the attacks.

An Air Force team is a the academy looking into the reports after Senator Wayne Allard, and Senator John Warner, a Republican from Virginia asked the Pentagon to investigate.

The Air Force says eight cadets have been dismissed for sexual assaults on other cadets, and one case is pending.
