The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for a woman wanted for multiple charges including identity theft.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for a woman wanted for multiple charges including identity theft.

Rahna Doerfler, 36, has been charged with include Identity Theft, Forgery, Felony Theft, and Criminal Impersonation and she is facing similar charges in Pennsylvania.

According to authorities, Doerfler befriended a Colorado Springs woman and allegedly stole checks and financial documents from the victim's home. Doerfler allegedly passed 18 checks to various merchants in Colorado Springs totaling over $6,500.00 in losses.

Authorities day Doerfler frequently shops at the Citadel Mall and was last there as recent as June 27. She is is also known to visit Starbucks Coffee stores and internet cafés.

Doerfler is 5’ 2” tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds; she has red hair and hazel eyes. She has multiple tattoos, specifically a tattoo on her chest of two intertwined female symbols with “Yes I Am” above it.

Sheriff’s Detectives believe it is possible there are other victims in this area.
