According to the Anti-Defamation League, the United States is experiencing a "significant and troubling" resurgence of racist skinhead activity. The organization says racist groups are paying particular attention to recruiting young children and teens through the internet to join their hate groups. Now The ADL hopes a new Web site of its own will help combat those efforts. This week the organization launched its online "Racist Skinhead Project." The site tracks racist activity by state and region and will include information on new groups, developments and criminal incidents. To access Racist Skinhead Project, visit www.adl.org/racist_skinheads.
