One man has been arrested and authorities are looking for more suspects following the discovery of a meth lab at a home in the 400 block of De La Vista in Widefield.

El Paso County sheriff's deputies and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms rushed to the home Thursday night. They were acting on a tip from a witness in a murder investigation. That person was being questioned about the December 17th murder of Guy Kelley.

Investigators found two pipe bombs and one-and-a-half ounces of suspected methamphetamine inside the home. Because of the dangerous chemicals involved, nearby residents were asked to stay in their homes immediately following the discovery.

The name of the man arrested has not been released. The pipe bombs were destroyed by the bomb squad.
