After news of the deaths of three Fort Carson soldiers, a memorial Wednesday at the Mountain Post remembers a soldier who was killed over a month ago, in Iraq.
Sergeant First Class Eric Pearrow was a member of the Third Armored Cavalry Regiment.
He lost his life when his tank rolled over in Baghdad.
His family says he was a proud soldier, but not in favor of the war.
He was supposed to return home in February, when he would retire and get married.
