A gang member wanted for questioning in the murder of our state's prison director was in court Thursday.

James Lohr was arrested after a police chase in Colorado Springs early last month. He is believed to have ties to Evan Ebel, the man accused of murdering Department of Corrections Director Tom Clements and a pizza delivery man in March. Both men were members of the 211 gang.

Lohr faces several charges, including vehicular eluding, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, and tampering with physical evidence. He was expected to enter a plea Thursday, but the judge accepted a request to postpone.
