A woman surrendered 20 Chihuahuas after a neighbor complained of the smell coming from her home.

The Fremont County Sheriff's Office tells us that's not even half of the animals that she owns--there are still as many as 50 cats living in her Penrose home. The state humane society is coming down later this week to take the rest of the animals.

Several of the dogs have already been adopted. The humane society says they are well cared for, but scared and not house-trained.
