A motorcyclist is in critical condition after a collision involving two cars on North Chelton just south of Platte.
According to Springs police, the motorcyclist was speeding down Chelton Sunday afternoon when a green car made a left turn in front of him. The motorcyclist hit the vehicle, then the force of impact caused him to spin sideways into another car.
The motorcyclist was taken to Memorial Hospital.
