Investigators found the body yesterday in Poudre Canyon northwest of Fort Collins. Miller's family reported her missing after finding her car outside their Fort Collins home but no trace of her.
Police have arrested 22-year-old Jason Peder Clausen of Fort Collins on suspicion of kidnapping and murder in Miller's disappearance. They say he may have posed as a police officer to stop Miller's car and abduct her.
Clausen is due in court today to be formally charged.
Police have not said why they believed Miller was dead before they found a body and what led them to look in the foothills for her.
