Boxing Club Shut Down

An unofficial boxing club involving boys and girls at Rampart High School in Colorado Springs has shut down after the school objected.
About 30 students participated in the fights, held on locations varying from city parks to backyards.
Jim Antonio, a Colorado Springs police officer who works at the school, said no one was hurt in the fights. Antonio said the students saw the boxing club as a positive outlet but it was determined that fighting outside a gym is illegal.
