Home Depot is defending itself against a lawsuit filed by a man who got stuck to a toilet seat at the store.
Fifty-seven-year-old Bob Dougherty of Nederland says he got stuck at a bathroom in a Louisville store after somebody smeared glue on the seat in 2003. Dougherty says the store ignored his cries for help.
The lawsuit says an employee who heard Dougherty calling for help informed the head clerk via radio, but the head clerk thought it was a hoax.
Home Depot isn't commenting.
The lawsuit says store officials eventually called for an ambulance.
The suit was filed Friday in Boulder County District Court.
