Northbound Cascade Avenue was blocked after a woman driving a Volkswagen Bug was T-boned by a truck hauling trash.

The woman was trapped in the car but has since been removed and taken to the hospital.

Traffic was held up on Cascade Avenue while the accident was under investigation.
