1,200 volunteers spent the majority of Wednesday testing the skills of local emergency response teams in Pueblo.
A large scale exercise took place at Pueblo County High School for most of the day. The scenario involved two bombs going off inside the High School's stadium while some gunmen went on a rampage at the School District Administration Building.
The goal of the exercises was to test how well various emergency responders and agencies worked together during a chaotic event.
This was the largest such exercise ever at a U.S. high school.
