Watch this amazing video caught by an 11 News photographer, now being shown nationwide!

This mother bear and her two cubs were sighted at the Ravencrest Condominium Complex west of Interstate 25 and Woodmen.

Residents tell KKTV they walked out of their front doors late Tuesday night and saw at least three bears rummaging through their trash.

While this is fun video, officials say if you see a bear keep a safe distance. Call the Division of Wildlife to report the sighting but there is no need to call 911.

Those bears just don't look right.

Many of us have experienced bears rooting through our trash as a result of our own irresponsibility. However, to have that initiate a video clip that is shown nationally is embarrassing for a Coloradian. Hopefully, the video clip and media attention will contribute to a more educated and responsible public.

"rummaging through their trash" people are going to cause these bears to be euthanized! Clue in people! Keep trash inside garage till the MORNING of trash pickup!
