Iraq says it's astonished at all the fuss over a find by U-N weapons inspectors.

The inspectors say they came across eleven empty chemical
warheads today -- which they say Iraq had not listed in a weapons
declaration.

But Iraq says the weapons were old artillery rockets -- and were
included in their December declaration.

An Iraqi official calls the whole affair ``a storm in a
teacup.''

The inspectors say they found the warheads while searching an
ammunition storage area in southern Iraq.

A U-N spokesman says the warheads are in ``excellent shape.''

He says a 12th warhead needs more evaluation.
