A Texas constable is out of work after being indicted for alleged child sex crimes in his home state, and in Colorado.
A judge this week ordered the removal of Precinct Two Constable Larry Floyd.
Sixty-one-year-old Larry Floyd was arrested July 28th in Canon City after he allegedly tried to meet an eight-year-old girl for sex.
He faces charges of soliciting for child prostitution, enticement of a child, and attempted sexual assault on a child.
Floyd has also been indicted on three felony charges of possessing child pornography in Texas.
He has 30 days to appeal his dismissal before it becomes final, October 26th.
Floyd is being held on $100,000 bond.
