A layer of ice underneath the snow are covering roads in Colorado Springs.

Thursday morning's commute is expected to be slick.

As of Wednesday night, Colorado Springs police and State Patrol in El Paso County are on cold reporting.

That means, if you have a fender bender, no one is hurt, and no drugs or alcohol are involved, you should exchange information with the other driver and report the accident within 72 hours.
