The Michael Garman Gallery in Old Colorado City is a victim of Wednesday's three alarm fire. The first floor of the building is smoky.... But the good news is that all the artwork survived the fire. Friday was the first chance Garman had to look at most of his artwork. The building suffered mostly electrical, smoke and water damage. Garman is also a resident of the building. He lives on the third floor. He says everything he has worked for over the past 40 years is all in this one building. And having it threatened has taught him a lesson. "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." Saturday, when the doors reopen... Garman says he'll have a fire sale, so people can pick up a holiday bargain.
