Colorado Springs is getting an immigration office.
The Department of Homeland Security says it plans to set up an office in Colorado Springs to keep a closer eye on illegal immgrants.
Senator Wayne Allard had been pressing the agency to office such an office as Colorado Springs has continued to grow.
Local officials say it will mean better enforcement of immigration laws.
