Serial rapist Brent J. Brents will never get out of prison.
A judge in Denver sentenced Brents Wednesday afternoon to more than 1,300 years in prison, following his guilty pleas to 66 felony counts.
The 36-year-old Brents entered his pleas Wednesday morning in a deal with prosecutors. The Denver district attorney's office dropped a number of other charges as part of an agreement that'll allow Brents to serve his prison time outside of Colorado.
Brents was accused of assaulting at least eight victims over several months. Most of the attacks occurred during a week-long crime spree earlier this year.
Four of his victims were in court for the arraignment, and three of them spoke -- one calling him "pure evil."
Brents is expected to appear in an Aurora courtroom Thursday for arraignment in a sexual assault case there.
