A man is in critical condition after being shot by an off duty FBI agent. Springs Police say they received a shots fired call to the parking lot of the Grocery Warehouse store on Austin Bluffs. When they arrived they found the victim, who's name has not yet been released, with a gunshot wound to his neck.
The man was taken to Penrose Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
A preliminary investigation revealed the shooter was an off-duty FBI agent. Details or a motive for the shooting are not yet known.
The identity of the agent is also not being released at this time.
