A Los Angeles man was arrested in a Pueblo restaurant on charges of murder and making terrorist threats.
Sheriff's spokesman Steve Bryant identified the man as 22-year-old Rafael Macias. He is being held on four-point-two (m) million dollars bond while awaiting extradition.
He was arrested after police received a tip that he was in the Pueblo area.
