Locally heavy rain and snow will impact Southern Colorado through Friday afternoon and early evening. Heaviest snow will favor the mountains, Teller County, and El Paso County. Dehydration and exposure are being blamed for the death of a Colorado Springs (Colorado) man reported missing over the weekend.
Search and Rescue team members in Grand County, Utah discovered the body of 34-year-old Kurt A.-Rogers around noon yesterday.
Rogers had been reported missing Saturday afternoon after failing to return from a bike ride.
Crews looked for Rogers until after midnight, then found his bicycle about nine a-m Sunday.
His body was found about a mile to the west some three hours later.
A funeral is scheduled for Saturday.
