The head of the Air Force got an update on allegations of religious intolerance at the Air Force Academy today.
Acting Air Force Secretary Michael Dominguez was briefed in Washington by the head of a task force looking into claims that evangelical Christians harassed those of other faiths.
An Air Force spokeswoman wouldn't discuss the briefing but said a written report with recommendations will be submitted in a few weeks.
The task force met with staff, faculty and cadets at the school two weeks ago. However members didn't talk to two outspoken critics of the school -- a Yale theology professor and a Jewish academy graduate who said his son was called a "Christ killer" by fellow cadets.
Some Democratic members of Congress have asked Dominguez to get personally involved in the probe, saying they fear a whitewash.
