Undercover agents have seized $200,000 dollars worth of cocaine in Monument. Agents from several agencies arranged to meet a suspect and buy cocaine from him. The transaction was completed in a restaurant parking lot, near highway 105. Agents seized 5 pounds of cocaine.
20-year-old Jose Flores Armenta and 32-year-old Eugenio Delapena have both been charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Flores Armenta is being held at the criminal justice center. Delapena is out on bond.
