Lawyers for two women suing the University of Colorado say C-U President Betsy Hoffman lied in a sworn deposition.
They say Hoffman falsely denied knowing of other cases of sexual assaults by football players.
Lawyers said in a brief to U-S District Judge Robert Blackburn that C-U has conceded that Hoffman's testimony was untrue and the university withheld evidence of other sexual assaults by football players in the three months preceding the alleged assaults on the two women in December 2001.
Michele McKinney, spokeswoman for Hoffman, denied that the university has conceded any of Hoffman's testimony was untrue.
The lawyers are trying to convince Judge Blackburn to reinstate the case after dismissing it in March.
