A 15-year-old was arrested Tuesday for growing marijuana at his home, Colorado Springs Police say.
The School Resource Officer at Mitchell High School received an anonymous tip that the student was growing the pot in a storage area connected to his home. The SRO and other officers went there, where they found 10 plants and equipment used for growing the drug.
The student was arrested and charged with offenses relating to the cultivation of marijuana.
