The Secret Service is investigating whether a man who removed three people from a President Bush town hall event last month broke the law by impersonating one of its agents.
Attorney Dan Recht says the Secret Service asked to interview his clients as part of the criminal investigation but he declined. The Secret Service isn't commenting.
