An Aurora man who died while snowboarding at the Loveland Ski Area has been identified as 23-year-old Trevor Tompkins.
The Clear Creek County sheriff's office said Tompkins was found
Sunday by Loveland ski patrol, tangled in a boundary-marker rope. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy was scheduled later this week, authorities said. Tompkins' death was the first reported this season at a Colorado ski resort.
