A 35-year-old educator in Douglas County has been arrested on charges she allegedly had sexual relations with a minor student -- more than once.
Deputies arrested Nicole Andrea Barnhart yesterday on suspicion of sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, and for pattern of abuse.
Both counts are felonies.
Authorities will only say that Barnhart's victim was a white male student at Ponderosa High School, under the age of 18.
Barnhart is being held in the Douglas County jail on 50-thousand-dollars bond.
