Telluride Ski Resort is naming a trail after Teddy Ebersol -- the 14-year-old son of N-B-C Sports executive Dick Ebersol and actress Susan Saint James who died in a plane crash in November.
"Teddy's Way" will be dedicated in a public ceremony Saturday. Teddy's parents own a home in Telluride and are expected to attend.
Teddy Ebersol died November 28th when a chartered jet crashed during takeoff in light snow and freezing temperatures from the airport in nearby Montrose. Pilot Luis Alberto Polanco and flight attendant Warren Richardson the Third were also killed.
Dick Ebersol, his 21-year-old son Charlie Ebersol and co-pilot Eric Wicksell were injured. Saint James was not on the plane.
