Four Doherty High School students have been arrested in connection with a notebook that allegedly contained threats against students and faculty.
The four were expected to turn themselves into police Tuesday evening and be released to their parents.
Three face a charge of retaliation against a witness or victim, a Class 3 Felony. Other charges include tampering with physical evidence, conspiracy, and harassment.
Now, there are differing accounts about whether the notebook actually contained death threats.
Colorado Springs Police say, while no one specifically is threatened, the writings do include "homicidal statements".
The students involved are not in school while the investigation is underway. Whether there will be any disciplinary action is still pending.
