Two men have been arrested for their involvement in a home invasion and robbery early Friday morning.

John Burrell, 26, and Christopher Lewis, 23, were arrested. Police initially reported that one man was involved in the incident; a call has been placed to police to get information on the second suspect's alleged involvement.

According to police, the man forced himself inside an apartment on the 3900 block of East Bijou as the victim's boyfriend was walking in. The suspect, armed with a gun, stole the victim's purse and several other items, some of which were later found in a parking lot by police.

How did they find these two criminals? They must have done a lineup of all the homeless people and bums panhandling for cash. The "I will not work for cash people" in Colorado Springs. I will bet that Colorado Springs has more bums in it than Albuquerque.
