A popular tourist destination in Colorado Springs has closed its doors.
A sign now hangs at The Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame saying the facility is closed until further notice.
Sources tell 11 News Hall of Fame closed January first because it was not making a profit.
Four full-time employees who worked at the facility have been laid off.
Sources say the Hall of Fame is expected to reopen in the future, but no date has been given.
The chairman of the Pro Rodeo Cowboy's Association Board is expected to make a formal announcement on Tuesday about the future of the Hall of Fame.
The facility has been in Colorado Springs since 1979.
