The mother of a teenager killed in a triple slaying in Guffey has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the accused killers and their parents.
Jennifer Vandresar's suit seeks unspecified damages for the death of her 15-year-old son, Tony Dutcher.
Dutcher's throat was slit and his grandparents, Carl and JoAnna Dutcher, were shot with a high-powered rifle on New Year's Eve 2000 in their home near Guffey.
Twenty-year-old Simon Sue, 17-year-old Isaac Grimes 19-year-old and Jonathan Matheny are charged with first-degree murder in the deaths.
Vandresar's lawsuit accuses the teen's parents of negligence for missing warning signs that led to Tony Dutcher's death.
