Fair Review?

A committee will look into whether embattled CU professor Ward Churchill will keep his job. But some are questioning if the investigation will be fair.

Two of the school's administrators heading the committee had repeatedly supported pay raises and praised Churchill in the past.

Phil DiStefano heads the committee. As then vice-chancellor, he gave Churchill glowing evaluations and approved a raise that bumped his salary by nearly $40 thousand.

College of Arts and Sciences Dean Todd Gleeson is also on the committee. He offered Churchill the chair of the Ethnic Studies department in 2003.

Neither of the two men have responded to the revelations.
