Part of downtown Colorado Springs was shut down Wednesday, after what police are calling a murder suicide.

Police say 24-year-old Keith Warren walked into the Alamo Building on Tejon and shot and killed 20-year-old Karri Frazier, before killing himself.

The two had apparently been engaged.

Police say Frazier and Warren had been living together until two weeks ago.

That's when Frazier moved out and signed a police complaint accusing Warren of assault, false imprisonment and harassment.

Police say Frazier obtained a restraining order against Warren.

At about 10:45 Wednesday morning, Fraizer apparently called police and told them Warren had been calling her, which was a violation of the restraining order.

Police got a call from the office building that a man had gone in with a gun at 11:28.

When they arrived at 11:33, officers heard the last shot.
