A Colorado Springs woman, accused of orchestrating the kidnapping of her nine-year-old son, said she is not getting proper medical treatment in jail.

Debra Rose, age 39, has been charged with kidnapping her son from her ex-husband's home in Palm Desert, California.

Rose is being held in California. A petition filed there by Rose's lawyer said Rose has suffered two grand mal seizures while in custody because she hasn't received medication for her migraines.

Riverside County Sheriff's officials said Rose's needs are being met. A hearing is set for later this week.
